• Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 15 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


    Return shipping costs will be paid by us in some cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

    For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     

    To request a return

    Please contact us directly from your Order details page, and provide the following information:

    • Bill Number

    • Reason for return

    • Date you received your product

    • Condition of product

    • Condition of packaging

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
